Complete your Company Onboarding in Lighthouse/Corehesion

Contact your BHP representative and complete the onboarding process in Lighthouse/Corehesion. Once completed in Lighthouse, you will receive a “BHP MAC Company Prequalification Approval” email with a link to the Register Business Pegasus Portal.

Create an account in the BHP Mt Arthur Coal Contractor Management System

The BHP Mt Arthur Coal Contractor Management System can be found by clicking the Register Business link in your “BHP MAC Company Prequalification Approval” email.

If you have not received the Company Approval email please reach out to your BHP business representative.

Register business details

Using your new account details, login to the BHP Mt Arthur Coal Contractor Management System. Follow the prompts to work your way through the business questions. Your answers will determine your documentation upload requirements.

Register your workers in the BHP Mt Arthur Coal Contractor Management System

Click the REGISTER WORKERS button at the top of the page to find the system where you will register your workers to work for BHP Mt Arthur Coal.
